Close your eyes. Breathe a few deep breaths. Take some time to imagine a memorable moment last year that brought you joy? How did you feel? Who was there with you? What were some of the tastes, smells and sounds? Take note of this moment. You may want to write it down or draw a sketch.
Move gently into your memory. Is there a moment or something that needs to be forgiven? A specific action or words that hardened you or someone else. What feeling overcame you at that moment? How did it make someone else feel? How could you imagine that moment could have been different? Think for a moment if you are ready to let this go?
